Delivery Information

All Aunty Snalex pastry boxes are made fresh to preorder and delivered to your home.

How Delivery Works

• Preorders open: Saturday
  
• Preorders close: Tuesday
  
• Baking & packing: Thursday
  
• Delivery: Friday via PostNL
  

Once preorders close, I start baking everything specifically for that week’s orders.

Delivery Day

Your pastry box will be delivered on Friday to the address you provide at checkout.

Please make sure:

• your address is correct
  
• someone is available to receive the parcel
  

Pastries are packed carefully, but they should not be left outside for long periods.

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped with PostNL.

Once your parcel is handed over, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.

If PostNL experiences delays, I appreciate your understanding — everything is baked fresh and shipped as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

• Delivery dates cannot be changed after preorders close
  
• Missed or failed deliveries cannot be refunded
  
• Pastries are perishable and made specifically for your order
