Refund & Return Policy

Because all Aunty Snalex products are fresh, handmade, and perishable, refunds are limited and follow the guidelines below.

Weekly Pastry Boxes

You may cancel your weekly box up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours cannot be refunded, as ingredients and prep work have already begun.

Uncollected boxes are not eligible for refunds.

Seasonal & Holiday Boxes

(Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s, Easter, etc.)

These boxes are prepared in advance, in limited quantities, and often sell out quickly.

For this reason, all sales of seasonal and holiday boxes are final and non-refundable from the moment of purchase.

Custom or Pre-Ordered Items

If you pre-order a special item (outside the weekly box), it may have its own cancellation window. This will always be mentioned on the product page.

Unless stated otherwise, custom items are non-refundable.

Missing a Pickup

If you do not collect your order during the confirmed pickup time, the items are still considered fulfilled and cannot be refunded or replaced.

Order Issues

If something seems wrong with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of pickup.

I’ll always do my best to help — but I cannot offer refunds for:

  • slight variations in appearance (everything is handmade)
  • personal taste preferences
  • damage caused after pickup
  • storage mistakes (like leaving pastries in a warm car)

How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is approved:

  • It is sent back to your original payment method
  • Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (usually 3–10 days)
